Our flags are beautifully made. The smallest breeze brings them to life. Expected lifespan is several months or longer, but will vary due to weather conditions. Our custom printed flag sizes below are 2′ x 3′ – 3′ x 5′ – 4′ x 6′ – 5′ x 8′ – 6′ x 10′. These flags are considered a custom order. Custom orders, or color combinations are not returnable.

Single Sided Reverse Flags are printed on the front side and visible on the back,as a “reverse” or “mirror” image. Double Sided Flags are two flags printed and sewn together with a liner between. The image looks the same on both sides. Our double sided flags are highly discounted!

Flags come standard with canvas header & metal grommets. There is no extra cost to add a pole sleeve instead of the standard header and grommets. The standard pole sleeve fits poles from 1.25″ – 1.5″ in diameter. If this will not fit your pole, please contact our office with the correct dimensions.

These flags are a custom order. Custom orders, or color combinations are not returnable.

Artwork:

Preferred artwork in .pdf, .eps, or Adobe Illustrator (.ai) – Vector format
If file is in .Jpeg or .gif file, art needs to be minimum of 300dpi at 1:10 scale (1in = 10in) for a 3’x5’ flag to guarantee a clear image. We will try and match colors as close as possible. For specific colors, PMS (Pantone) solid coated colors are required.

If PMS solid coated colors are not supplied in writing, or in the artwork, we cannot be held responsible for color matches once the item is approved by the customer and manufactured.

We will do our best to convert and color match CMYK to PMS if required. CMYK colors do not always print exact on Pantone specific printers. Example: Blues will have somewhat Purple tones, etc. Therefore, send artwork in Pantone, (PMS), when possible.

Outline fonts or include font files in email. Double sided printing is two sides printed and sewn back to back. With items like flags we sew a liner between.
With our digital process, the ink actually becomes part of the material, and is sealed in.

If your art is not acceptable for printing, we have the availability to recreate the art for a minimal charge. (These are situations where the artwork is, for example, in jpeg format and low resolution. Therefore, is very pixelated when enlarged for printing.) When you pay to have your art redrawn into a vector format, the new art becomes your property.
All orders are custom! Once production starts, custom orders cannot be cancelled or returned.

We charge by the size of the flag, not the by the number of colors.
