Some of our products, such as flags, pennant strings, and banners may be ordered online with a credit card through Pay Pal.  If you prefer, you can always order by telephone. Flag colors shown on any color chart may vary depending on monitor settings. You may order sample color swatches (free) for a nominal flat rate ground ship charge.

Payment for Custom Printed Orders
Our policy is for an order to be paid for at the time it goes into production. Production only begins after you approve any layout proof we send to you. You can order online or over the phone.
When ordering online, you do pay up front. We never place a custom made order into production without your written approval of the layout proof we send (email) to you. But, once you see the proof, you can still cancel the order and be refunded if the flag/Pennant String is not in production yet. When ordering over the phone, we take all your shipping and payment information to get started with the order. We then do a layout proof, but we don’t process your credit card until you have approved the layout and production begins. If you decide to cancel once you see the layout that is fine. But if you approve and we send it into production, custom orders cannot be stopped and payment cannot be refunded.

This holds true for all custom printed products.

We have the largest assortment available of pennant strings and streamers.
No minimums!
Choose from stock combinations, or your own custom combination of available stock colors at no extra charge.
We can mix any color combination you need whether we show it or not,
as long as the pennants are made in those colors.
Colors that are not in our stock colors are considered custom printed.
Because we believe in quality products, all of our pennant strings are made in the USA.

**Pennant Strings are measured from end to end. For example; if the size is indicated as 100′, there are approximately 90′ – 94′ of actual pennants and 6′ – 10′ of tie offs, thus equaling 100′. This is the industry standard. If you want changes to the “Tie-Off” please contact our office to request custom sizing of the string(s).
There is a 20% restocking fee on all returned stock orders, plus shipping costs. Custom color combinations are not returnable.

Custom Printed Pennant Strings are available in spot or full color print; single or double sided. There is a 5 string minimum order for  custom printed pennant strings.   Production time after art approval averages 5-10 business days after art approval.

Normal production on Stock Printed Design flags is 2-5 business days. When you choose the color/color combinations, it is considered a custom order.
Normal production on Custom Digital printed flags is 2 business days – After art approval.
All printed flags are tailored and printed to your specifications, therefore considered custom.
All Custom Made orders (solid colors, panel flags and custom digital printed flags) cannot be cancelled or returned once production starts. There is a 20% restocking fee on all returned stock orders, plus shipping costs.

Custom digital printed flags may be printed single sided reverse ( the back is a reverse or mirror image of the front), or double sided.
Double Sided Flags are two flags printed and sewn back to back, with a liner between. Front & back image looks the same.
We charge by the size of the flag, not the by the number of colors.

Custom color combinations or custom printed flags are not returnable.

There is no specific warranty for flag lifespan due to the varied weather conditions where they may be flown. Average lifespan is 4-6 months or longer.

Teflon thread reinforcement is recommended for windy or marine environments to help prevent frayed edges for $1.00 per linear foot.

Custom Made Flags

We have always carried the best quality available. Up until February 2017, our custom made flags that we sold were only U.S. Made Premium Custom Flags. Now that imported custom printed flags have caught up in quality, offer a better warranty and a lower price, we are now offering our customers a choice of both. Not all imported flag material is good quality. Therefore, we only use the best quality, actually the same material in our budget custom flags as the U.S. Made Premium Custom Flags. These imported flags have a higher standard specifications than most imported flags, therefore, last longer than most imported and domestic flags. We go to great lengths to be as close as possible, or better than US Standards as possible.
Production time for imported flags is approximately 2 business days. Plus approximately 5-7 days shipping time.
NOTE – Standard Production for USA custom made flags is 5 business days. Imported, only 48 hours.

Our Trade Show Displays and Budget Custom Flags manufacturing plant staffs workers 24 hour a day, six days a week. Therefore, in most cases, we have a 24-48 hour production time, after your artwork approval, with no rush charge.

Limited Lifetime Warranty on Trade Show Display Products and Budget Custom Flags

This would include: Popup Displays, Popup Banners, Popup Booths, Backdrop Banners, Custom Table Covers, Custom Printed Tents, Budget Banner Flags, Budget Custom Flags.

The lifetime of the product depends on the actual use, all print products made by HI-TEX-Trade Show Displays have a warranty period.

The warranty period of all hardware, accessories and graphics is one year. If the product is damaged by non-human factors within one year, the products can be replaced. Please check whether the hardware, accessories and graphics are in good condition first after receiving the product. If the quality problems arise within 5 days after you receive the product, we will replace the product for free and undertake the shipping fee. If the quality problems arise 5 days later after you receive the product, we will replace the product for free, but we won’t undertake the shipping fee.

If the quality issue is incurred when receiving the products, first please check whether the outer box is damaged or not. If there is any damage to the outer box, please take photos of the damaged box and products in time. If the outer box is not damaged, please take photos of the damaged products. Please submit a dispute with issue description and photos of all damaged products when you receive the products and find the damages. After receiving photos related to quality problems, we will make compensation for the damaged products after verification.

We do not accept returns and exchanges when the color of the graphic is faded due to long-term use.

Please do not use the tents in extreme weather, such as heavy rain and wind, otherwise, they would be damaged.

We attach great importance to the after-sale service, so please contact our customer service representatives the first time, we will find the best solution that mitigates the loss in the shortest time.

Custom Printed Promotional Products

We provide personalized imprinted promotional advertising products for Trade Shows or any type of give-away. Personalized logos and custom design. We carry every kind of item that can be printed with your logo, art or text. Just call and ask for our Promotional Product Department for assistance. We have access to over one thousand suppliers and carry over 200 catalogs from these companies in-house. If you don’t see the item here, call us and we will most likely find it.

Artwork for Flags,  Pennant Strings, Table Covers, Banners and Promotional Products
Preferred Artwork formats:  .pdf, .eps, or Adobe Illustrator CS 6 or below (.ai)  – Vector format
If your file is in .Jpeg or .gif file, art needs to be minimum of 300dpi at 1:10 scale (1in = 10in) for a 3’x5’ flag to guarantee a clear image.
We will try and match colors as closely as possible. For specific colors, PMS (Pantone) Solid Coated colors are required.
If PMS Solid Coated colors are not supplied in writing, or in the artwork, we cannot be held responsible for color matches
once the item is manufactured.
CMYK colors do not always print exact on Pantone specific printers. Example: Blues will look somewhat Purple
Therefore, send artwork in Pantone, (PMS), when possible. We will do our best to convert CMYK to PMS if required.
Fonts need to be set in Outlines, (Curves), or you will need to include font files in email.
With our digital process, the ink actually becomes part of the flag, and is  heat sealed in.
Artwork that needs to be redrawn into vector artwork can be done for a nominal fee.

We email layouts for Approval on all Custom Printed products before they go into production.
